Green Tea
This is the only green tea I have consistently produced, starting from 2017 up until now. The leaves come from Jinping Village in Zhenghe County, Fujian—a well-known tea-producing region with a long history of tea making.
Before white tea became popular, almost every household in Zhenghe produced green tea, which was then sent to Hengzhou in Guangxi to be scented into jasmine tea. Since around 2013, as white tea gained popularity, more and more farmers shifted their production to white tea, and fewer people continued making green tea.
Although the green tea I produce doesn’t have the same fame as Longjing or Anji Baicha, its taste and price offer outstanding value. It is a green tea that is definitely worth trying.
