Black Tea
Wuyi black teas from Fujian are bold and mineral-rich, with notes of cocoa, dried fruit, and a deep amber sweetness shaped by the cliffs of Wuyishan. Phoenix black teas from Guangdong are more floral and honeyed, carrying hints of tropical fruit with a smooth, lingering finish.
Together they offer two sides of southern China’s black tea heritage: the richness of Wuyi and the elegance of Phoenix.
