Return & Refund Policy
At Wuyi Origin, we take great care in sourcing and packaging our teas to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because our teas are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any tea items. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and safety of our offerings for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., for damaged or incorrect items), we will notify you by email once your return is received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order number, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue store credit or a replacement depending on the situation. If the gift was not marked as such at purchase, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
For any approved returns (non-tea items only), we will supply a return address to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
