The Story of This Tea

This Green tea comes from the high mountains of Nankeng Village in Zhenghe County, Fujian Province, one of the most renowned regions for white tea production. The gardens sit at around 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by clean forests and mist. The tea bushes, belonging to the Qun Ti Zhong variety, are naturally grown with minimal interference. The tender spring leaves are picked by hand in early April, when the mountain air is cool and fragrant.

The processing was expertly executed, producing dry leaves with a distinct aroma and no trace of green or grassy taste. The resulting tea is rich in fragrance and naturally sweet, offering a perfect balance of freshness and depth. The clear bean and roasted chestnut aroma, typical of well-crafted Zhenghe white tea, makes it particularly enjoyable during warmer months.

This tea reveals a soft, nutty fragrance reminiscent of fresh soybeans and roasted chestnuts, underpinned by a gentle sweetness.
