Feature :
Shiru (石乳) is a historically renowned variety of Wuyi Rock Tea. It was listed as a tribute tea of Beiyuan during the Song Dynasty and became a tea exclusively supplied to the Wuyi Mountain Imperial Tea Garden during the Yuan Dynasty. Its name originates from the "Shiru Liuxiang" (石乳留香) cliff inscription, referring to the unique milky aroma of the tea leaves that grow in rock crevices, absorbing the essence of the minerals.
Aroma: The dry tea has a floral and honey aroma, which transforms into a complex aroma of milk and fruit after brewing. The aroma lingers long even when the cup is cold.
Taste: The tea liquor is bright orange-red, with a pungent, rocky initial taste that transitions to sweetness, followed by a noticeable sweet aftertaste and salivation.
Infused Leaves: The tea leaves are tightly rolled with a lustrous sheen; after brewing, the leaves are soft and glossy.
Perfect for this season. You really have to try it; you'll love the aroma.
