The Story of This Tea
Baiye, meaning “White Leaf,” is a traditional Phoenix Dancong cultivar celebrated for its bright liquor and smooth, honeyed taste. This tea is grown in Lingtou Village, Raoping County, which, while outside the core Phoenix Mountain growing region, is geographically linked to it. Lingtou shares the same rocky soil, misty climate, and rich tea traditions that define Fenghuang Dancong, allowing it to produce teas of comparable elegance.
This 2025 harvest was carefully crafted and roasted twice to highlight the cultivar’s natural sweetness and floral fragrance, producing a tea that is both approachable and enduring.
