The Story of This Tea
Bai Ye, meaning “White Leaf,” is a traditional Phoenix Dan Cong cultivar known for its bright liquor and smooth, honeyed taste. This batch was grown in Lingtou Village, Raoping County, just beyond the core Phoenix Mountain area but sharing its same misty climate, rocky red soil, and long-standing Chaozhou tea heritage.
These conditions give Lingtou Bai Ye its elegant fragrance and clarity while keeping the price more approachable than teas from the high peaks of Fenghuang. The 2025 spring harvest was twice roasted by skilled hands to refine its sweetness and deepen the floral-honey aroma, creating a balanced and enduring cup that feels both comforting and refined.
