Originating from Fengxi Village in Phoenix Mountain, this tea embodies the region’s long heritage of tea cultivation and craftsmanship. The combination of mineral-rich soil, misty mornings, and expert roasting results in a tea that expresses both elegance and depth.

• Teaware: Chaozhou zhuni pot (朱泥壶) or porcelain gaiwan

• Ratio: 7–8g per 100ml water

• Water: 95–100°C spring water

• Infusions: Rinse once, then brew 7–9 infusions, extending steeping time gradually

Western Style

• Teaware: Porcelain or glass teapot

• Ratio: 3–4g per 250ml water

• Water: 95°C

• Steeping: 2–3 minutes for the first infusion, resteep 2–3 times
