The Story of This Tea
This batch of Da Shui Keng Shui Xian was harvested in the spring of 2015 and roasted four times over two years, using traditional Wuyi charcoal fire. Since 2016, it has rested untouched in clean, natural storage. The leaves come from 40-year-old Shui Xian bushes growing on the rocky slopes of Da Shui Keng, a cherished sub-region known for its rich mineral soil and pure spring water. Over the years, the tea has slowly mellowed, developing a depth and balance that only time can achieve. Its calm sweetness and clarity remind us why we love Wuyi teas, honest, steady, and full of quiet strength.
