This 2025 harvest comes from Daping Village, high in Phoenix Mountain, where the altitude of 1000 meters and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for Dan Cong. The medium roast, achieved through two careful firings, enhances the cultivar’s sweetness while preserving its signature floral fragrance.
