Cloud Mist Green (云雾绿茶）

Location : Fujian province   Zheng he County  Zhen qian town Nan keng village     (about 1200m)

Cultivar : "xiao cai cha " also named  "tu cha 土茶”

Picking date: 2022.March ,23th

  This year's cloud and mist, we selected fresh leaves from very high mountains for processing, and then picked the tender tea buds. The tea leaves first had a very good aroma, the processing technology was in place, and there was no green taste. Bean fragrance and chestnut fragrance are very obvious, and the tea soup has a strong sense of heaviness and obvious sweetness.

 A very good  drink in the summer time  that performs well in a mug, large teapot or gongfu style.
