Information ：This Rougui I deliberately kept it from 2022 harvest , and then roasted it again in 2023. The current level of roasting should be considered medium-high-fire (中足火Zhong Zu huo ). Baking tea is a very time-consuming job, and we cannot use very high temperature at one time to roast the tea directly to medium or high level , which will damage the texture of the tea leaves and easily cause the tea leaves to char. Rapid high temperatures will cause the tea leaves to “die” directly. Therefore, it must be roasted multiple times, and there must be a certain time interval between each roasting to allow it to be transformed in place and then continue with the next roasting.
This tea was harvested in the spring tea of 2022, and then the last roasting is in March 2023, the roasting fire smoke have all faded. Now the tea soup is very clean and clear, the tea is very soft, and it is a very comfortable cinnamon with a medium-high heat.
