Que she 雀舌 2021

 Que she in english is  sparrow tongue ,because the tea leaves of this cultivar is long and narrow ,as slender as sparrow's tongue. So people named it as "Que She "

Que she  is a late-growing species,   This tea  trees have smaller leaves than other varieties and lower yield. Therefore, many tea farmers cut off the sparrow tongue, and grew some high-yielding varieties, and then the popular varieties (such as Rou gui  )

This Que she from my garden were all booked out in 2019 and 2020. This year, I keep some kg  ,because the leaves of the sparrow tongue are thin, most of them can't be roasted with heavy fire . This sparrow tongue has only been roasted  one time  for 22 hours. It doesn't have too heavy taste of charcoal and you can  get the fragrance and water of tea directly. This sparrow tongue has very fragrant gardenia fragrance and a little honey fragrance. After drinking it, the mouth is refreshing and the bottom of the cup has sweet flower and fruit fragrance.
