Feature :

This tea named Lang Cai is actually a narcissus variety, but in Chaozhou, everyone is used to calling it Langcai. The literal meaning of Langcai: Lang 浪 means "shake" and Cai 菜 refers to "fresh leaves ", which means fresh leaves with shaking. In fact, this refers to technology, which means Shuixian tea that has undergone the process of shaking green(Oxidation. Shui Xian is the first variety in Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou, and almost most of the existing Shuixian bushes are handed down from ancestors. The trees are more than 100 years old,
