Tea Blending is not a simple mixture, it is a skill. An excellent blended tea is a piece of art.
This blended dahongpao is the only blended tea in my family in the 2018 harvest.
Raw material: We used Rougui 肉桂, Shuixian 水仙, Qilan 奇兰, Meizhan 梅占, and Ban Tian Yao 半天妖. All the materials are from our 2018 Spring harvest.
Baking level: 4 times roasted, medium roasting style
About Blending: Different materials with different features all mixture together. This blended dahongpao: Zheng yan Rougui and Shuixian fix its strong body. Dangui and Huang Meigui add a very high aroma. Blending is a good complement of different materials.
