Lang cai is actually a technique " name. It refers to the use of hand -shaking the raw leaves during   rather than mechanical processing .

Langcai in Chaozhou refers to the Shuixian Cultivar . Shuixian is the ancestor of Dan Cong tea  in Feng Huang . It has a very old age. My family "Shuixian bush is aroung 150years old .

 3times roasting  already  . Tea body is  quite thick and and very nice Cong wei(枞味) fast sweet-back . It is suitable for keeping  age
